Great service, great food!!! Well worth the cost. Nice ambiance.

Overall a decent experience, but we ran into challenge after challenge. We ordered an appetizer and that didn't show up. As we were eating our meals we noticed and told the waitress, then it comes out a few minutes later. We never got a refill on water the whole service & my water was gone before the meals arrived. We couldn't even get our waitress to come back at any point so we had to walk up to the front to ask to close out. It just seems like a very laid back team, but the prices are too high for that type of treatment.

Had family in from out of town, Evan (Chef) (Manager) just so happened to be in the front to greet us! Great touch! Waitress Cynthia was awesome, very knowledgeable and patient as we ordered. Very good waitress, on top of everything! And, yes the food was great, as we ordered 7 different items, all top notch. Drinks were fabulous as I enjoyed 2 Hefeweizens. Love those more at BJ’s than anywhere I know. We will, of course, be back again soon.

We got invited to this place by a friend for dinner and we don't really know what to expect. My husband ordered something and both of them are not available and it's a Saturday. Our Friend ordered a scrumptious chops, pasta is alright and my salmon was awesome! We got there on a busy time which is perfect for rating them. Yeah kinda slow but at least our server is apologetic and friendly. The atmosphere here is good for everyone.

Just went on a family vacation to Colorado Springs, hands down best service I received was at this location Bj’s. I really wish I could remember my servers name. She was on top of it y’all for real. Brought everything before we can even ask for it. She even brought my son a complimentary fruit bowl. Our visit was Sunday July 26 at about 5pm. The server was about 28ish , blonde hair, very beautiful and well spoken, thin and tall. Thank you so much for the great professional and friendly service! We will be back.

Tasty food to select from. Wide range of brews. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We don't go here often but we will start now. The menu has everything from grilled ham and cheese to pastas, to pizzas, to parmesan crusted chicken, to steaks, to burgers, to oh my and more. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly. I feel like the food either got better since the last time I was here, or the menu was expanded (maybe both)Our server Courtney C was awesome. Ordered online for curbside pickup for 7:25, called number when we showed up and waited 30 minutes for them to bring out the food. We ordered 2 wedge salads, 2 entrees and a dessert. The wedge salad was lettuce, 2 tiny pieces of bacon and one piece of blue cheese so basically just lettuce and dressing. The entrees were good and the dessert was great but having to wait 30 minutes after scheduled pickup is ridiculous. Please look up on how to make a wedge salad BJ’s.

The atmosphere was cozy and upbeat. Staff was helpful and respectful. Our Waiter was very busy but accommodating. The food was delicious! A little pricey though. I am including a few pictures, sorry it's after we had already packed up our leftovers. Again the only thing I can complain is the price. Food was cooked wonderfully, spices / flavor delicious and service excellent!

The cherry glazed chicken wings were delicious. Me and my wife enjoyed drinking the best and smoothest Tequila we have ever had in our lives at the bar. The drinks were cold and refreshing. BJ's was Beautiful and entertainment with the game on and great Strawberry Mojito as well. Thank You for a fun time I recommend to everyone!

It is a shame that this location’s food is really good, because their service is absolutely horrible. I have been to this location multiple times. Some experiences were better than others but most of my experiences here consisted of constantly having to snag the waiter or waitress for service. The service is usually pretty slow. Recently, I ordered curbside and I figured there could be little to no issues considering there’s no dining service involved. But I was wrong. I waited 45 minutes after my food was supposed to be brought out. And finally when my food came out they only brought half my order and forgot what the rest of my order was. I also paid extra for my beer to be served in a growler. But it was service to me in a container that would be used for milk, making my beer flat by the time I got home and scamming me of my money. It is just a shame that their service and management is so poor because their food is so good.

Good hamburger, good fries but they needed to give more French fries because they only gave 15!! Then they gave us a plate of them 😁 Good service!!

The atmosphere was nice. The food was good but served room temperature. The waiter sucked. He was not attentive. You had to ask him for things he should have asked i.e desert menu, refill and wait a while for him to return with it. By far my favorite restaurant in all of Bowie. The food is so good, literally flavorgasm in your mouth. The drinks are very well made and the prices are very good for what you get. I have never had any issue with the service or wait times. Nothing but good so far. Please check this place out. I love it, and I hope you do too!

Wow! That’s all I have to say, went here for the first time and loved everything we got! The Stuffed Mushrooms were top notch, our Mahi Mahi Tacos were on point and don’t get me started on the Fudge Brownie... Absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to return!

What a great experience! Our waitress was wonderful! The food was great!She had our chips and salsa out within 1 minute. We ordered beer and also some Jameson. Everything was great and service was fast! The food came out very quick and correct. They do sweet potato fries too! I would highly recommend Bjs. Any location!

We had an early dinner at around 4pm, and enjoyed a quiet dinner with great service. I ordered the jambalaya and was very impressed. I would recommend eating at BJ's for an early dinner to avoid the crowd.

Three of us attended dinner, two appetizers, three entrees, seven beverages total bill $185.00! Reduced menus, poor service, horrible food quality! Twelve ounce Margaritas served 2/3 of a glass at $10.00! My asparagus was very hard and chewy, appetizers servings much smaller than in the past! This is a shell of what it used to be. Visitor beware!!!

Underwhelmed & Unimpressed for the price point that Bjs offers. You can receive better service at some of the taco trucks here in the springs and spend $50 less. We ate at BJs last year and continued to be forgotten by our waiter in a restaurant during a quiet lunch hour. No refills - no checking in - just take the order and bring the food. A few weeks ago, we returned using a gift from a neighbor and decided to try the restaurant again. Unfortunately, we received the same lack of service. We once again dined before the dinner rush & the place was quiet- yet our server was nowhere to be seen. Once again - no refills & a lack of checking in. This may be a common theme for the chain, or just a 'hit or miss' experience. The food is good, I just wish they would work on making it an experience & train their staff to be aware of customers.

Awesome experience from start to finish!! The hostess Kelly, was so inviting and friendly and offered excellent suggestions on just what to try. She seated me promptly and left me in good hands with Allison, my server / bartender. Allison was so attentive and friendly and offered excellent suggestions as well. I ended up having a pint of Jeremiah Red, the fried calamari appetizer and the BBQ baby back ribs (Caesar salad, baked potato, green beans, triple chocolate mini pizookie). Everything was made to perfection. I didn't expect the ribs to be so damn good but they were amazing!

Average!Not that impressed for the price. Average food, medium portions. Group of 8. Spicy chicken sandwich good, the sweet potato fries smooshy and bland. Parmesan chicken entree, small chicken patty, good flavor with plain steamed broccoli and scoop of mashed potatoes. Cauliflower barbacoa tacos, not much flavor, had to douse with hot sauce to get some flavor. Fish tacos-same, pretty bland with 10 tortilla chips on the side, service was slightly lacking. Brought meals, two of us waited an additional 5-10 minutes for our meals. Highlight was dessert, it was very good. Overall an average experience with average food, and above average prices!

Omgosh my calamari was over cooked... Burnt and pizza seemed undercooked. I tried to order thru Uber eats and when I received the msg the order was cancelled I tried to order online couldn't do that either so I ended up calling in they took my online order so I did save I didn't get the half price deal but in their defense maybe because they were gone only be open for 30 more minutes back I don't think that should be an excuse for undercooked or burnt food.

Used the BJ’s app to put our name on the waitlist. Hostess was friendly and personable. We were seated right away.Server was helpful and told us of drink specials, etc.Great beer/ drink selection.The Nashville Hot sandwich didn’t look like the picture on the menu, but it was tasty!! I usually enjoy the restaurant. Walked in today and waited for the host to get off the phone and help another customer. As she told the other guest to wait inside a group of kids jumped in front of me and she logged them in and seated them on the other side. Told me my table would take 10 minutes and I had to wait outside. In the rain no less. Seriously?

A new friend took me here for lunch because she said she didn't know what I liked and this had a large range of items to choose from. They did indeed have a wide selection. I tend towards the unusual or creative items. Because they were a combination I had never heard of before and it intrigued me, I ordered the Enlightened Shrimp and Arugula Pita Tacos with a side of Bistro Grains. It was delightful and I would definitely order it again. My friend had a burger and fries and said they were good. Service was a tad on the slow side but pleasant. My take was the same as my friends; BJs is a safe place to go with others. Not outstanding but good-to-very good and something for everyone.

Soooooo good! I had the Turkey burger and strawberry margarita. My husband had the spicy pig flatbread and bloody mary. Everything was delicious we even ordered dessert. Will return. Elizabeth our waitress gave us except customer service!! Thank you!!

Ordered through a delivery app. First the good - love that they have multiple vegan options, including a turmeric cauliflower dish that was very good. Also, the house-made sodas are great. However, everything else was terrible. My husband's garlic knots were missing marinara, our sweet potato fries were sooooo soggy yet chewy (??), and his chicken wings were clearly frozen from Walmart or an equivalent. The only people that enjoyed all of the food were our dogs.

Pretty cool brew house. Appetizers were good. We got the avocado egg rolls and the calamari. Both were delicious. I got the chicken Alfredo and my wife got the Jambalaya. Only problem for me was the Alfredo. Is super bland and tastes like it's microwaved before being served. The sauce is very watery and the chicken tasted very poor. Other than that though this place has good atmosphere and lighting. And really good brews.

Great place with tons of food options. Had a extremely professional server who went out of his way to enhance our experience. Food was great and would recommend.

We definitely enjoyed our pizza and burger here-- they were sooooo good! But, I'm trying to think of what else was really positive about our visit and there wasn't much. The service wasn't much on the personable side and they're also pretty slow; our food took a while to come out and getting our ticket took longer than it needed to. It's not bad-- just not the best I've ever seen. It seems they can get pretty busy even at lunch times, so I'd count on having to wait a little while for seating. Even for us 2 people we had to wait around 10 minutes. Plus, prices are on the steep end here. Paid about $40 all in all for 2 meals. But, the food was delicious and the menu is huge. (Gluten free options for buns and pizza are available.) If I had the choice, I'd probably skip BJ's mostly for the prices. Sure, the quality of the food is high but that's nothing other similar, more affordable restaurants don't have. But, BJ's definitely has the upper hand on the menu options.

This menu is huge! Decent GF choices my wife had the tritip salad and I had the blackened chicken zucchini bowl. Fast service and tasty food. Would have given 5 stars if this place has better prices.

My only complaint is the potent odor of the restaurant for being a fairly new place. Hits you in the face as soon as you hit the front desk. What was that smell??? Food and service was good.

We ate here last night for my birthday dinner. Service and food were both excellent.

I have visited BJs in alot of different states and always have had a very good experience! For some reason, the one in Co Springs has not been a great experience both times I have been here. The restaurant has been out of many items On the menu and The food flavor was not that great both times. I even tried other items with the same results. The only reason I'm giving it two Stars, and not one star, is because the staff has been fantastic both times. The waitress tonight was amazing and kept a smile on our faces.
